Isaac M. Mwaro , Chief Executive Officer

Isaac M. Mwaro is the Chief Executive Officer of Prinserve Corporate Services Limited . He has more than 10 years experience in accounting, audit, Tax, Finance, Insurance and Business Management having worked in some of top companies in various capacities and has served in a wide range of sectors which include education, construction, hospitality, retail, professional services among other sectors.

Isaac is an alumni of Strathmore University and holds a bachelors of commerce degree from Strathmore University and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Mutea , Director

Michael Mutea is a Director of Prinserve Corporate Services Limited. He is an advocate of the high court of Kenya, a commissioner oaths and Notary public. He is specialized in offering expert advice in secretarial and immigration matters having worked for some top companies as their legal advisors.

Michael holds a postgraduate degree in law form Kenya School of Law, a Bachelors of law degree from University of Nairobi and he is also a certified public secretary.

Michael is also a partner at Mutea Muthuri and Company advocates and Commissioners of oaths.
